Placing an Order Online & Payment Terms
- Preferred methods of payment: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apply Pay, Google Pay or Paypal. Orders are fulfilled and shipped in a timely manner - once payment has been processed.
- Pre-approved business / government accounts may receive Net 30 terms.
- Business customers approved for Net 30 terms, who do not pay within 30 days from invoice date, may be assessed a finance charge until full balance due is paid.
- Direct bank ACH, Wire payments are accepted for pre-approved business accounts.
Bids & Quotes
- Business entities requiring a bid or quote, before purchase, please contact us directly at 800.846.7052. We have dedicated sales & service personnel who can assist.
International Orders
- All International orders require full payment prior to shipping.
- Direct bank ACH or Wire payment is accepted.
Returns & Refunds
- Returns must be pre-approved before shipping back to us.
- Call us at 800.846.7052 to request a Return Authorization # for pre-approval. Please be aware we will need to consider several factors before authorizing any Return. This may include if the item is still in new and original packaging condition. There are also items we DO NOT ACCEPT RETUNS FOR:
- Any customized item / order
- On-deck & Facility items
- Any worn, used, and/or not in original new packaging swimwear
- Refunds will only be provided on over-payments, not all returns.
- Most Returns will be provided credit to your account towards a future purchase.
Customized Product Orders
- Please allow between 1 to 3 weeks for delivery of apparel, guard uniforms, swimwear and swim gear items that we customize in-house.
- Other On-Deck & Facility items we customize in-house may include racing lane lines, starting blocks, pace clocks. For these items we will provide an expected time frame for delivery.
- Customized Product orders, once confirmed, cannot be cancelled and are not returnable.
Coupons & Discounts
- Coupon codes and/or Discounts - issued by Kiefer – are single-use that cannot be combined with other offers.
- Coupon codes and/or Discounts are valid on-line only unless stated otherwise.
- Coupon codes and/or Discounts exclude tax and shipping charges.
