Description
Designed for in-place resistance swim training while using lane lines. Specifically useful for training proper hip rotation; critical to stroke efficiency. Can also be used in home swimming pools where the jets are not powerful enough or do not exist for stationary swimming. One resistance tubing (Green Resistance).
- A comfortable waist belt that fits up to 44-in (1.1 m) waist.
- Two, 2-ft (60 cm) resistance tubes.
- 2.5-ft (76 cm) of adjustable webbing with clips on each side.
- Available in green resistance level (8 - 24 lbs / 3.6 - 10.8 kg of pull).

This product improved the results of my swim workouts during COVID-19 lockdown. It’s well-designed, comfortable, and strong. I am an active, fit male who swims regularly to stay in shape, and I weigh 200 lbs.; so I needed a durable and secure belt for use in a backyard pool. I clip the restraining straps to a single anchor on one pool side, then swim toward the opposite side. It allows me to swim in a stationary location while allowing free movement of my arms and legs for all types of strokes as well as for treading water.
