I love this Lycra cap as I swim 4 times a week. I have long hair and need to minimize the amount of chlorine that gets into my hair. Using this cap with a silicone cap over this one, my hair stays out of my face AND most of my hair stays dry!!!It is tight on me, but I have a big head. It’️s not too tight to hurt. Really keeps my hair in place and keeps it from being pulled by my silicone cap.

It's small as if scimping on fabric but it was fairly priced and I can't find lycra caps anymore.
