Head blocks break if the board falls over from wind, kids, etc. These type of accidents never occur at pools, right? Spoke to manufacturer and its not a defect they know the head immobilizers will break and have no plans to address.

One of the easier to use head immobilizers we\ve used, but very flimsy. We\ve had to reorder these several times because they\ve broken. The plastic at the bend is completely unreinforced, and will break with little force. Unacceptable for such an expensive product.
