I’m 5’7 143lbs and usually a 34d so I usually go with mediums or larges. For my bigger chest ladies I would chose what you feel comfortable in it’s a little small but i usual get swimwear a tad smaller since it will wear out in the water eventually which is why I got the medium. Also love the tan lines better than the other guard bikini options
